At Sambor Goetz Fischer LLP, we are attorneys Christina Sambor and Carey Goetz, and together we have more than 35 years of combined legal experience and have practiced in state, federal and appellate courts throughout North Dakota. We get to know the people we serve, in order to better serve them.
Both of us have a long history of legal advocacy, in areas that include the prevention of human trafficking and protecting the rights and well-being of individuals with mental illness. In our day-to-day law practice, our collective passion for justice equips us to relentlessly seek positive outcomes for clients.
In addition to our primary practice areas of family law, criminal defense and estate planning, we also consult with nonprofit organizations on legal issues and accept clients with general civil litigation or appellate matters.
Legal Services Delivered Without Judgement
We believe in truly standing in our client’s corner, no matter the situation. You should never feel judgement coming from your attorney when you’re facing the end of your marriage, defending yourself against a criminal charge or reporting inappropriate behavior in the workplace. We will always be honest with you about what you can reasonably expect for an outcome to your case, but we will show you respect by providing enough information about the case for you to make informed decisions.
We also believe our clients should experience as little trauma as possible as they move through the legal system. Christina has co-presented educational seminars on the impact of trauma within the legal system, and both of us approach our clients in a trauma-informed way. Our office is intended to be a place of comfort and calm – and our dogs, Bella and Beatrice, help us ensure that this friendly, welcoming feeling is extended to all visitors.
